My Why.
In a world where equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) are often buzzwords, my purpose is to transform these ideals into living, breathing practices that inspire change and foster growth. My mission is to help organizations understand their deeper purpose in championing DEI, creating environments where every individual feels valued and empowered to contribute their best.
Who I Am.
I am a dedicated DEI consultant with many years of experience in guiding organizations towards creating more inclusive and equitable spaces. My journey into EDI isn’t a conventional one. I am originally trained in musical theatre and spent many years performing on stages around the world. I later founded ‘Breaking the Distance’ an LGBTQ+ platform I run alongside my wife. The platform is dedicated to providing positive Queer representation online and on social media. This ignited a passion for social justice and systemic change.
Combining my background in performing arts with the knowledge I have from supporting 100’s of companies, I bring a blend of expertise, and strategic insight and unique facilitation style to every project I undertake.
